Every fact has a trail back to the document it came from. What hasn't been verified, we don't turn into fact.

Research snapshot: November 2026. This is not a live or complete database.

How we read the record

  1. Records before judgments. We show documented actions and rules: no scores, rankings, indices or voting recommendations.
  2. Unknown stays unknown. “Not confirmed” is not “absent”, and “did not vote” is not “not present”. A gap in a source never becomes a vote, an absence or a speech.
  3. Affiliation on the day of the vote. Party is considered for the session date. A later change never rewrites an earlier vote; an electoral list, a parliamentary club and a party are different things.
  4. People, with their sources and without judgment. Who sits in which institution is shown as the official source states it, with the date it was checked. Party, electoral list and parliamentary club are given in the source's words; ethnicity only where an official caucus states it. The same name in two bodies does not confirm it is the same person.
  5. Two dated compositions. Current officeholders and the compositions elected in 2026 are shown separately, each with its own term, date and source.
  6. The original comes first. Full legal texts stay links to the official documents. A summary, once there is one, will never replace the original.

Session records

One session of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly is covered as a preview: the 41st session, 22 July 2026. The transcript (stenogram) is the text record of speeches, the audio recording is a separate source, and the minutes are the summary official record.

The minutes of the 41st session were not found among the published attachments. A document named “B Prijedlog zapisnika 41. sjednice” (draft minutes of the 41st session) actually concerns the 40th session, so it is not presented as this session's minutes.

How BiH is governed

26 sources

The constitutions, statute and laws behind the explanation of each level of government. Connections between levels show territorial organisation, not a chain of command.

Institutions and people

578 sources

The compositions of 35 institutions, ministries' responsibilities and the procedures for electing and appointing their members come from official directories, appointment decisions, constitutions and laws, and from results confirmed by the Central Election Commission of BiH. Media sources are labelled as such and used only where an official source is missing.

Sources by institution

Transition 2026

4 sources

Rules on suspending, replacing and returning a mandate. The four named cases are possibilities reported in an article, not confirmed decisions.

Party affiliation

24 sources

Representatives' affiliations were collected from the official directory and dated public sources, checked on 03/11/2026. 24 sources. The history of changes is partial: a missing entry does not mean a person never changed party.

Not covered yet

  • Session records of the other chambers and of entity, cantonal and local assemblies have not been imported: their compositions are shown, not their debates and votes.
  • Partial compositions: 4 lists have fewer names than seats (no public directory, vacant seats, or mandates the Central Election Commission has not yet allocated); each list states its reason. For 76 ministries and departments, responsibilities are not covered yet, so we link to their official page.
  • Complete session and mandate histories: one session and nine selected agenda items are shown.
  • Automated import, OCR of scanned documents and AI summaries: not implemented. When they are, the original, its page and its review status will stay visible.
  • Coalition and blocking simulations: planned as educational views, without rating parties.
