Results confirmed on 3 November 2026; the body is not yet constituted.
Elected at the general elections of 4 October 2026, according to the results the Central Election Commission confirmed on 3 November 2026. The body has not been constituted yet. A mandate passes to the next candidate if an elected person refuses it or suspends it, so the composition can change before the constituting session. CIK prints candidates' names in capitals; they are shown here in normal case, and where CIK's results export gives a name in Cyrillic, that original is kept as well. List names are shown as CIK publishes them; those published in Cyrillic are transliterated into Latin script.

Three Presidency members are directly elected for four years: the Bosniak and Croat members from the Federation of BiH and the Serb member from Republika Srpska. The chairmanship rotates every eight months.
- Voters in the Federation of BiH

- Voters in Republika Srpska
Vote for the Serb member; the candidate with the most votes is elected.
- Central Election Commission of BiH
Determines, confirms and publishes election results. An election result is distinct from the new Presidency taking office.
- Members of the Presidency of BiH
Have a chair from among their members; the chairmanship rotates every eight months.
Conditions and constraints
Composition is one Bosniak and one Croat directly elected from FBiH and one Serb directly elected from RS.
The term is four years. A member may be re-elected once consecutively and is then ineligible for four years.
The Presidency endeavours to decide by consensus; for decisions under Article V.3(a–e), two members may decide if consensus efforts fail.
A dissenting member may within three days declare a decision destructive of the vital interest of the entity from which elected. Confirmation by a two-thirds majority within ten days in the RS National Assembly or among the relevant Bosniak or Croat delegates of the FBiH House of Peoples prevents the decision taking effect.
A vacancy is filled from the relevant entity under the special law; the replacement serves the remainder of the predecessor’s term.
