    The chair, deputy chair and two thirds of the Bosniak caucus invoked the procedure. Under Article 117: Bosniak caucus 14 for; Croatian caucus 2 for and 14 against; Serb caucus 7 for and 3 against; House 29 for and 17 against, law adopted. Under Article 118: Bosniak caucus 14 for; Croatian caucus 2 for, none against or abstaining; Serb caucus 7 for, none against or abstaining; House 29 for, none against or abstaining, law adopted.

    Prijedlog zakona o izbornim jedinicama i broju mandata Parlamenta Federacije BiH – (predlagači: Klub poslanika SDA, Klub poslanika SBB, Klub poslanika DF, Klub poslanika SDP u Predstavničkom domu Parlamenta Federacije BiH i delegat u Domu naroda Parlamenta Federacije BiH Predrag Kojović) - hitni postupak.

    Vital national interest · Sjednica Doma naroda od 27.9.2018. godine; (Proceduru pokrenuli predsjedavajuća i potpredsjedavajući Doma naroda i 2/3 Kluba delegata bošnjačkog naroda) Procedura po članu 117. Poslovnika o radu Doma naroda: Prvo su glasali delegati iz reda bošnjačkog naroda. Prijedlog zakona je dobio potrebnu većinu, jer je za glasalo 14 delegata. Potom su glasali delegati iz reda hrvatskog naroda. Delegati iz reda hrvatskog naroda su glasali na sljedeći način: Za su glasala dva delegata, a 14 delegata je bilo protiv. Nakon toga glasali su delegati iz reda srpskog naroda. Za je glasalo sedam delegata, tri delegata su bila protiv. Prilikom glasanja u cjelosti, Dom naroda je donio Zakon (29 za i 17 protiv). Procedura po članu 118. Poslovnika o radu Doma naroda: Prvo su glasali delegati iz reda bošnjačkog naroda. Prijedlog zakona je dobio potrebnu većinu, jer je za glasalo 14 delegata. Potom su glasali delegati iz reda hrvatskog naroda. Delegati iz reda hrvatskog naroda su glasali na sljedeći način: Za su glasala dva delegata, nije bilo protiv i suzdržanih. Nakon toga glasali su delegati iz reda srpskog naroda. Za je glasalo sedam delegata, nije bilo protiv i suzdržanih. Prilikom glasanja u cjelosti, Dom naroda je donio Zakon (29 za, ništa protiv, ništa suzdržanih).
