Elected at the general elections of 4 October 2026, according to the results the Central Election Commission confirmed on 3 November 2026. The body has not been constituted yet. The House of Representatives has 42 directly elected members: 28 from the Federation of BiH and 14 from Republika Srpska. The term is four years; elections use multi-member constituencies and compensatory lists.
